  • Mitch Capelli – Founder & Director: Mitch Capelli leads Mazorca Developments with vision and passion, leveraging his extensive experience in water sports innovation and business development. Mitch’s qualifications encompass a broad range of skills, including his role as a world-traveling waterman for premium resorts such as Nihi, Namotu, and Kandui, where he shares his expertise in water sports and facilitates ocean-based activities. He holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education, a Bachelor of Sports Science, as well as qualifications in Marine Science and Sport Development, which give him a comprehensive understanding of sports, education, and marine ecosystems. Mitch also has experience in organising and managing events, and contributes to not-for-profit work, particularly with Ocean Safety & Support in Esperance (https://oceansafety.com.au), promoting safe ocean practices and community engagement. Mitch’s diverse background and commitment to innovation continue to drive Mazorca Developments forward, redefining industry standards in water sports and beyond. 

  • Aimee Capelli - Founder & Designer: Our sister brand Mazorca Swim @mazorcaswim Luxury and Eco Conscious Swimwear with a focus on Sustainable, Slow Fashion. 

 

  • Alastair Haldane - Mentor: GAICD qualified company director with hands on leadership, management and business building skills. Curtin ignition program 2022-24 pitch panel member. 20 years experience across Technology Platforms, Recruitment and Labour hire, Upstream Oil & Gas, Minerals Exploration. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering /Science.
  • Ryan Prott - Financial expert: An experienced Mining Engineer who holds a WA First Class Mine Managers certificate. Experience in underground hard rock operations as well as exposure in open pit and mining consultancy. Ryan overseas all our financial analysis and has helped develop budgets, plans and general advice.
  • Keaton White - Investment and Distribution: Lingo Playing Cards https://lingoplayingcards.com Based in Australia, doing business with the world. Keaton has offered great advice in terms of distribution, suppliers, outdoor retailers, investment opportunities and partnerships. 
  • Jaiden Maclean - Market Expert: Founder of SeaUlcer and the worlds first drone fishing system - Sky Rigger. https://seaulcer.com/products/sky-rigger Jaiden has successfully built niche products from the ground up with great success. 

 

  • Raz Mehlsen - Creative Director: Global Product Creative Director at Slater designs, OuterKnown and FireWire surfboards. Raz is our go to guy for upcoming design projects and 3D modelling. 
  • Jack Miers - Illustration and Design: Creative artist working on a range of amazing projects for events and organisations like Grand Prix, Australian Open, AFL etc. Jack works closely with us and our clients for a range of apparel and custom merchandise requirements. 
  • Joe Quinlivan - Graphics and Artworks: Our first graphic designer and artwork illustrator for our apparel and is now working for a range of bands and excels in the field of posters, banners, album covers and more! Joe now finds himself freelancing for a range of Australian bands and businesses. 
  • Eloise Long - Mock Designs: After co-founding her own business MAE Club and with a range of business savvy skills Eloise now helps our Custom Merch Department design a range of custom merchandise suited to clients needs.
